How much does shipping cost?

Rates vary by location, and you may qualify for free shipping depending on your order total. Check our shipping page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or return my order?

Since we operate as a proxy buying service, we can't accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed. Double-check your items before you checkout - we want you to love what you get.

Is the merch legit?

Official Stock items are sourced directly from the manufacturers, so they are authentic. For Fleamarket Order items, we only search trusted JDirectItems Fleamarket listings, and we actively work to keep bootlegs off the platform.

Will I pay customs duties?

For the US we use DDP (duties prepaid): the equivalent duty is already included in the item price, so you normally won’t be charged anything extra after delivery.
For other countries and regions, duties may apply depending on local laws and your order value. If duties apply, they’ll be collected by the shipping carrier on delivery.
